- Winner of more than 60 open tournaments in Canada and India.
Kiran was born and raised in India and moved to Canada in 1999. Since then, he has been coaching and playing in Vancouver. As a top-ranked player in India, he represented his country in international tournaments across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, England, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Denmark, Germany, Romania, Bulgaria, the USA, and Canada.
With 20 years of coaching experience, ranging from beginner to elite levels, Kiran’s coaching philosophy emphasizes that 'Fundamentals are everything.' He has held coaching roles at prestigious clubs and institutions, including:
- Badminton BC
- Vancouver Lawn Tennis and Badminton Club
- Capilano University (Head Coach)
- Richmond Pro Badminton Centre
- West Lu Badminton Club
- F-16 Badminton Club
